Shipping and Return Policy

The cost of shipping and handling is determined by internal factors and the shipping carrier's rates, based on our experience shipping the products we sell. We make every attempt to find the most cost effective and secure method for shipping depending on how quickly you want to receive your shipment.

LP Gear does not process orders on weekends and holidays. Delivery time is given in business days. A business day is a non-holiday weekday (Monday through Friday). All shipping times are approximate. They are based on carrier expected ship times and our own experience.

We cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders take on average 1-2 business days to process before being shipped. Process refers to the point at which we review your order, receive your payment, prepare the product(s), then package it and deliver it to the shipping carrier.

Orders destined within the US depend on the US carrier's delivery schedule. International orders take longer as they have to go through customs clearance and then, local delivery service.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 20 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. The return procedures and policy are more explicitly stated at our Terms and Conditions.
