The new flagship of Clearaudio's MM phono cartridge line, the Charisma V2 MM redefines the new horizon to what is now achievable with a moving-magnet cartridge. World-famous for its MC cartridges, Clearaudio spent years refining and perfecting the build and engineering of a MM phono cartridge destined to be the finest in the world. There would be zero compromise. To achieve success , Clearaudio commandeered the diamond-coated boron cantilever used in its internationally acclaimed Goldfinger Statement MC cartridge, then mounted a double-polished diamond stylus tip on the accalimed cantilever, and appropriated hand-selected ebony wood to handcraft the cartridge body. A precious metal-bearing inlay rounds out the highest-grade materials.
The result? A quality of sound that, until now, seemed unachievable from MM cartridges. Utterly charismatic.
