The Clearaudio Jubilee MM cartridges uses Panzerholz or “bullet-proof wood”, a high-tech natural wood product constructed of multiple layers of baltic birch wood, with advanced adhesives and compressed under 60 tons of pressure, extreme heat, and moisture to half its size. It offers protection against bullets, explosions, and fire. Its engineering spec sheets show that panzerholz ranks among the very best regarding its acoustical damping characteristic. This special body material, used in Clearaudio’s best turntables, lowers the noise floor for better dynamic contrast and nuance, low-end visceral definition, and rich tonality.

The Jubillee MM, as with all Clearaudio moving magnet cartridges, uses a grading system for optimizing parts quality and matching.
