The Pfanstiehl P-188D P 188D P188D stereo phono cartridge features a diamond stylus used in various turntables. It also replaces the phono cartridge in many Crosley, Philco, Teac, Thomas replica turntables. The stylus body, cantilever and diamond tip are crafted in one single unit.
